For urgent shipments within the Netherlands and across Europe, Freightmasters has several solutions. Besides regular domestic courier services, Freightmaster has special agreements with several international integrators from which our customers can benefit. With the pan-European Express service all of Europe
and the Middle East deliveries are possible with a 2-3 day Economy service as well as Next Day. In many rural areas a Next Day <9:00 or <12:00 delivery is possible.
Combining its strength in intercontinental forwarding activities with the European express delivery system, Freightmaster Air provides a true European Gateway service. With the import service, individual consignments are shipped in consolidation to Schiphol Airport, where break-bulk activities are performed after which goods are dispatched for distribution across the EMEA region to, for instance, dealers and distributors. For most shippers, this is a more cost-effective solution than shipping to each consignee directly.
The reverse of the above is also possible. In this case, goods are collected across Europe and shipped in consolidation to consignees in North and South America and Asia. Here also, the consolidation results in significant cost-savings compared to direct shipments.
For top-urgent worldwide deliveries of spare parts or other crucial items that require maximum reliability, an on-board courier may be the ultimate solution. Our people will step aboard an airplane on the 'First-Flight-Out' and make the delivery to the specified person at any location, from exhibits and trade-shows to factories in danger of facing shut down due to absence of parts.
While most shipments are handled through the normal channels, some do not fit that mold because of size or the delivery location. For these shipments, Freight Masters has the knowledge in-house to arrange full charters and deal with almost any type of cargo in any type of environment. Recent examples include full charters with machinery to Kazakhstan and the transport of strategic military goods to Canada.
